Individuals with an RSA hard or soft token
Scenario/Use case:
Change the PIN on the RSA token
Instructions:
- On the RSA Self Service portal, enter your Services account username and click OK:
- Next to "Authentication Method," select Password, then click the Log On button:
- Enter your Services account password.
- a. If you do not know your PIN: Contact the Service Desk.
b. If you know your PIN:
i. Select Change PIN
ii. Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN:
