RSA: How to reset or change your PIN on an RSA token

Intended for:

Individuals with an RSA hard or soft token 

Scenario/Use case:

Change the PIN on the RSA token

Instructions:

1. On the RSA Self Service portal, enter your Services account username and click OK:
   
   
   
   
2. Next to "Authentication Method," select Password, then click the Log On button:
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Services account password.
   
   
4. a. If you do not know your PIN:  Contact the Service Desk. 
   
   b. If you know your PIN:
   
      i. Select Change PIN
   
   
   
      ii. Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN:
