RSA: How to install RSA soft token on Android and iOS (iPad/ iPhone)

RSA software (soft) token users.

This article provides instructions on how to install the RSA and import your software token.
Instructions:
Before installing the RSA software token app, there are some important details that you will need:
- When you request an RSA software token, the Service Desk will email you a "link". You must have access to that link, from your mobile device, to import your software token in the RSA app.
NOTE: Starting in March 2020, offsite access to email will require two-factor authentication using RSA. - Before you can use your RSA software token, your will need to create a PIN. For more information on setting your PIN, please see How to set up your PIN for an RSA token.
- If you uninstall the RSA app at any time, get a new mobile device, or delete your token from the app, you MUST open a Service Desk ticket to re-issue a software token.
Installing RSA SecureID Software Token app on:
iOS - Install RSA app and Import software token
- Open the "App Store" app.
- Search for "RSA SecureID Software Token".
- Click Get to install the "RSA SecureID Software Token" app.
IMPORTANT: There are other RSA apps, so ensure that you are installing the correct RSA app. - Open the RSA app and on the License Agreement window, click Accept.
- Open the email from the Service Desk and copy the link in the email.
- Go back to the RSA app and on the "Welcome" screen, click on the plus icon in the lower left.
- Click Enter Link.
- Paste the link, and click Submit.
- Click OK when the token has been successfully been imported.
Android - Install RSA app and Import software token
- Open the "Play Store" app.
- Search for "RSA SecureID Software Token".
- Click Get to install the "RSA SecureID Software Token" app.
IMPORTANT: There are other RSA apps so ensure that you are installing the correct RSA app. - Open the RSA app and on the License Agreement window, check the box, and then click Continue.
- Open the email from the Service Desk and copy the link in the email.
- Go back to the RSA app and on the "Welcome" screen, click Import Token in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Click Import URL.
- Paste the link, and click IMPORT.
- Click OK when the token has been successfully been imported.
