How to share your screen in a Zoom meeting

1. Start or join a Zoom meeting.
Note: Host of the meeting may need allow participants to share screen. Host must click the carrot (arrow) to allow participants to share, as seen below.
2. Click on Share Screen on the meeting toolbar.
3. Select the program or desktop you wish to share.
When sharing a video that includes audio:
1. Select Share sound in the bottom-left corner of the share selection window.
Optional: Select the down arrow just to the right of the Share sound option to view audio options and switch between Mono and Stereo (high fidelity) audio options.
Note: Make sure your speakers are not muted on your device.
2. Click Share in the bottom-right corner to begin sharing your screen with your device's audio included.
