APEX training reports - how to view training information for self and others
Intended for:
Individuals with a Services account who wish to view TRAIN information for themselves or their direct reports (if they have any), including due and past due training reports (requires Services Account login)
Scenario/Use case:
View TRAIN information for yourself or other staff. The enhanced reporting tool provides information from TRAIN in an easy-to-parse format and a one-stop shop for your training information. If you are a supervisor, you can view training information for those who report to you in addition to your own.
Details:
Dashboard
On the dashboard, you can…
- Clearly see if you have any due or past due courses
- View your training plan, attendance history and any qualifications you’ve earned
- View training status for your direct reports
Direct Reports
The Direct Reports tab provides an overview of the training due/past due status for all of your direct reports.
From here, you can perform an ITNA, get a training summary and drill down into the employee’s training details, including due and past due courses.
Training Calendar
The training calendar provides monthly, weekly and daily views of upcoming training courses.
From here, you can find a class based on the date, view course details and enroll or add yourself to the waiting list.
Reports
All Active Courses provides a list of upcoming courses with link to enroll as well as a search function.
