Conference Room Procedures
Step 1: Reserve a Fermilab video conference room.
If applicable make sure your colleagues at remote locations have made proper room arrangements.
Step 2: Go to Room List and select the conference room you have reserved to see the connecting instructions.
On-site conference rooms technical assistance is often provided by a point-of-contact from each division or section.
For problems or questions about a specific location contact the appropriate person as noted in the room profile.
