FermiWorks - Update Everbridge emergency messaging system contact information

Intended for:

Fermilab staff and users who receive notifications from the Everbridge emergency messaging system.

Scenario/Use case:

• Verify that your contact information, to be used in the case of a sitewide emergency, is accurate in FermiWorks.
• Update your sitewide emergency notification contact information in FermiWorks.

Instructions:

1. Log in to FermiWorks.

2. Click on your photo in the upper right.
   
   
3. Click My Profile.
   
   
4. Click Summary, then Personal Data, then Change Contact Information
   
    
   
   
5. To correct an Everbridge device type, click the pencil icon next to the number to edit.
   
   
6. To add an Everbridge sitewide emergency number:
   
       a. Click Add under “Home Contact Information – Additional phone.” 
   
       b. Select one Everbridge option under phone device. You can choose from the following:
   • Everbridge Text Msg – to receive a text message
   • Everbridge cell – to receive a voicemail on your cell phone
   • Everbridge other phone – to receive a voicemail on another phone line
   • Everbridge other phone – to receive a voicemail on another phone line
   • Everbridge TTY – to receive a TTY communication
     
     

c. Enter the number. 

d. Click Add for additional Everbridge numbers, up to 5. (Only one of each type of Everbridge number is accepted.)

e. Click Submit when all of your contact information updates are complete.
