Zoom: How to disable annotation and whiteboard

Intended for:

Zoom meeting hosts.

NOTE: In late April, Zoom has switched the default meeting settings to have annotation and whiteboard features disabled.

Scenario/Use case:

You have the option of disabling annotation and whiteboard features to prevent unintended use of these features during your meeting.

Instructions:

1. Sign into the Zoom web portal.

2. In the navigation panel, click Settings.

3. Click the Meeting tab.

Under Meeting (Basic), disable Annotation and Whiteboard.
