Intended for:

Users of the Kronos (Fermilab Time and Labor, or FTL) system

 


Scenario/Use case:

Enter flexible schedule ("flex time") on their timecard

 


Instructions:

Beginning on June 22, FTL users will have a new process for entering flex time.

Prior to June 22, you would enter the number of hours worked and zero hours on your flex day along with the "Flexible Work Schedule" comment on the zero entry.

Now, there is a pay code for Flexible Work Schedule.  To enter your flex time:

1. Add a new row to your timecard.

2. Select the Flexible Work Schedule pay code

3. Enter 0 hours for your flex day. NOTE: You must enter a value of 0 for the Flexible Work Schedule pay code. Any other entry will have to be changed:

If you do end up working on your flex day, you must enter the time as Hours Worked.
