Scenario/Use case:

Find a ticket in the Service Desk portal

 


Instructions:

There are many ways to easily find tickets in the Service Desk web portal. However, you cannot search for ticket numbers in the portal's homepage search bar.

If you need to find a ticket by ticket number:

  1. Click on My Tickets
  2. Under Refine Results on the right, enter the exact ticket number in the search bar. This will filter your tickets and hide all your tickets except the one with the ticket number you searched for.
