ServiceNow - Change settings to view tasks in tabbed view
Intended for:
Individuals who would like to change their settings to view tasks in a tabbed view (useful for situations in which there are several tasks assigned to a requested item.)
Scenario/Use case:
Easily view tasks associated with a requested item.
Instructions:
To change your ServiceNow settings for easier viewing of tasks relating to a RITM
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right of the blue header bar:
- Click Lists:
- Toggle the switch to Tabbed forms
The setting is saved for all your requested items unless you change it.
