Conference Room Procedures
Step 1: Reserve a Fermilab video conference room.
If applicable make sure your colleagues at remote locations have made proper room arrangements.
Step 2: Go to Room List and select the conference room you have reserved to see the connecting instructions.
For problems or questions about a specific location submit a Service Desk Ticket or call x2345.
