This article provides instructions on how to change your security questions in the Password Reset Tool.
Instructions:
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
1. You must
You must have one of the following to use the Password Reset tool:
- RSA token - obtain by following these instructions
- YubiKey - reserved for employees who have access to the lab’s business or financial systems
- CILogon certificate – See instructions on how to get an import into your browser a CILogon certificate
- Kerberos ticket – See instructions on how to configure a browser to use Kerberos and how to use a Kerberos ticket
2. You must enroll each account in the Password Reset Tool. Once enrolled, you do not need to repeat this step.
Once you have completed these steps, you can access the Password Reset Tool.
TO USE THE PASSWORD RESET TOOL:
1. Log in to the Password Manager Tool using either your Fermilab-issued RSA token or YubiKey.
2. Once logged in, enter your username and password for the account for which you want to change the security questions.
3. Click the "Enrollment" tab.
4. In the "Security Questions & Answer" section, click the pencil icon.
5. Click Modify to change your security questions.
