1. Task/activity rows may disappear for exempt (monthly) employees
For some exempt employees, your existing task/activity rows may disappear if you add a new row and select a pay code before you record any hours to existing tasks/activities. The FTL vendor is aware of this issue and we hope this issue will be fixed in the next Kronos release.
To work around this problem, before you add a new row to your timecard, click on a day next to any current task or activity and record 0 or more hours. If you do not do this and the project task or activity does not appear in the subsequent timecard, you can always reenter it.
2. Internet Explorer compatibility view
If you are using Internet Explorer and encountered the error “Unsupported browser. Users of IE 8 and higher should turn off Compatibility View”, you will need to remove kronos.net URL(s) from the compatibility view list by following instructions in this KB.
