Issues using Employee Payroll Self Service on a Linux computer

User is having issues using Employee Payroll Self Service on a Linux computer.

Instructions:

Linux users: If you are having issues accessing Employee Self Service, you can use the terminal server to access the site by following these instructions:

1. Verify you have rdesktop installed on your Linux desktop.
2. Login to a terminal window and enter rdesktop -u username@services.fnal.gov fermi-pay.
3. Select the "Login to Employee Payroll Self-Service" link.
4. Login with your PeopleSoft ID and password.

To print your paystub (or other information) from the terminal server:

• You must use a secure print queue. Information about how to set up the terminal server to print to the secure print queue is available in this article.
• A list of secure printers by organization is here.
• If you are not at the laboratory, you can take a screen shot from your local computer and print the captured image.
