RSA: How to reset or change your PIN on an RSA token

Intended for:

Individuals with an RSA hard or soft token.

Scenario/Use case:

Change the PIN on the RSA token.

Instructions:

1. On the RSA Self-Service portal, enter your Services account username and click OK.
   
   
   
   
2. Next to "Authentication Method," select Password, then click Log On.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Services account password.
   
   
4. a. If you do not know your PIN:  Contact the Service Desk. 
   
   b. If you know your PIN:
   
      i. Select Change PIN.
   
   
   
      ii. Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN:
