How to write an Outlook filter to forward any emails with a particular sender/subject to your cell phone as a text message via email-to-text.
Instructions:
- Determine your phone's email address (Below is a list of some carrier SMS gateways):

- AT&T: [your number]@txt.att.net
- MetroPCS: [your number]@mymetropcs.com
- Nextel: [your number]@messaging.nextel.com
- Sprint: [your number]@messaging.sprintpcs.com OR [your number]@pm.sprint.com
- T-Mobile: [your number]@tmomail.net
- Verizon: [your number]@vtext.com
- Virgin Mobile: [your number]@vmobl.com
- U.S. Cellular: [your number]@email.uscc.net
i. Google Fi: [your number]@msg.fi.google.com

- In Outlook, select Rules > Create Rule...
- Select Advanced Options.
- Select the condition this rule will apply to.
- Click Next.
- In the Step 1 box, select "forward it to people or public group".
- In the Step 2 box, click people or public group.
- Enter the text message address of your phone in the "To" box.
- Click OK.
- Click Next.
- Click Next.
- Name your rule, and make sure the "Turn on this Rule" box is checked.
