FermiWorks - Update Everbridge emergency notification system contact information

Intended for:

Fermilab staff and users who receive notifications from the Everbridge sitewide emergency notification system

Scenario/Use case:

• Verify that your contact information used for the Everbridge notification system is accurate in FermiWorks
• Update your Everbridge notification contact information in FermiWorks

Instructions:

1. Log in to FermiWorks.

2. Click on your photo in the upper-right corner.
   
   
3. Click View Profile.
   
   
4. Click Actions > Personal Data > Change Contact Information.
   
   
   
   
   
5. To update your Everbridge notification number, click the pencil icon next to the number and make the change.
   
   
6. To add an Everbridge notification number:
   
       a. Click Add under Home Contact Information > Additional Phone.  
   
       b. Select one of the following options from the Phone Device dropdown list:
   • Everbridge 1 Text Msg – to receive a text message
   • Everbridge 2 cell – to receive a voicemail on your cell phone
   • Everbridge 3 other phone – to receive a voicemail on another phone 
   • Everbridge 4 other phone – to receive a voicemail on another phone 
   • Everbridge 5 TTY – to receive a TTY communication
     
     
     
     

c. Enter the number. 

d. Click Add to add this number. (Note: You can add up to 5 additional numbers; but for each type, only one number is accepted.)

e. Click Submit when you have completed all your updates.
