Zoom: Setting passwords for phone participants
Intended for:
Zoom meeting hosts that have participants who dial in by phone.
Scenario/Use case:
This article contains instructions on how to enable passwords for meetings in which there are phone participants. If you want to change your settings before that time, follow the instructions below.
Instructions:
1. Sign into the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation panel, click Settings.
3. Click the Meeting tab.
4. Enable Require a password for participants joining by phone setting:

Once a participant dials into the meeting, they will be prompted to enter the phone-in password for that meeting.
