Zoom Live Transcription Feature

Intended for:

Users who wish to use the Zoom Live Transcription Feature (Enabled and Locked under settings).

Scenario/Use case:

Use the Live Transcription Feature while in a Zoom meeting.

Instructions:

To start Live Transcription, the HOST needs to follow these steps:

1. Click Live Transcription.
2. Under Live Transcript, click Enable Auto-Transcription.
   
   
   
   
3. Once enabled, the meeting host will see the live transcript at the bottom of the Zoom meeting window. Participants will be alerted that Live Transcript is available.
   
   
4. Participants can click the small up-arrow in the Live Transcript button to select options to display:
   
   
   
   

• Show/Hide Subtitle
  • The transcript will appear/disappear as video subtitles at the bottom of the video frame.

• View Full Transcript
  • Transcript will show on a side panel window. Search and save options are available if applicable.

• Subtitle Settings
  • Participants can control the appearance of live transcript subtitles such as size of the text.
