Resolving Java warning message issue after the eBS upgrade

Scenario/Use case:
Users may randomly experience an issue with the unresponsive Java security message after the eBS upgrade. Clicking the OK button or X in the right corner will not close this pop-up. It will be still visible even after you are logged out from EBS and Sage. This article describes what you can do to resolve this issue.
Instructions:
You can resolve this issue by disconnecting from the virtual server. To do so, locate your Citrix workspace icon, right click on it and select Connection Center.
You will see the virtual server you are still connected to. Select the name of the virtual sever and then click the Log Off button. This should end the session that generated the unresponsive Java warning message.
