How to install a new version of Amazon Corretto
Intended for:
Teamcenter / NX users who want to upgrade to a new version of Amazon Corretto
Scenario/Use case:
You will need to log off NX and Teamcenter and follow the below instructions to upgrade to a new version of Amazon Corretto.
Instructions:
Installing the new Corretto version 11.0.15.9.1 requires that all teamcenter applications are closed. This includes any connected NX sessions , My Teamcenter, Teamcenter Session Agent, and the tccs connection. Before running the installation from Software Center, do these steps:
1. Save and close any NX sessions.
2. Exit Teamcenter and the browser login session window.
3. Run \\blue1.fnal.gov\cadenv\tools\KillAllTeamcenterAndNX_processes.cmd
4. Click the "Install" button for Amazon Corretto in Software Center.
If you try to install while Teamcenter is running, you will see this message. Go back to Step 1.
After successful installation, you may see this warning on your first Teamcenter run. If so, click the "Allow access" button.
