RSA: How to check the expiration date of your RSA token

Scenario/Use case:

This article provides instructions on how to check the expiration date of your RSA token.

 


Instructions:

Using an iOS device

1. Open the RSA app.

2. Click on information.



2. Find expiration information.



Using an Android device

1. Open RSA app.

2. Click on information.



3. Find expiration information.



Using the website

1. Navigate to the RSA Self-Service website at http://rsa.fnal.gov. In the User ID field, type your SERVICES account username and click OK.

 

2. From the Authentication Method: dropdown box, select Password. Then click Log On.

 

 

3. In the Password field, type your Services account password, and click Log On.

 

 

4. In the My Authenticators box, the expiration date of your RSA token will be displayed.
