How to start a Zoom meeting

1. Sign in to the desktop application: (NOTE: If you do not have a Zoom account please request one through the Service Desk.)
- Click on the Zoom application. If you do not have the Zoom application on your desktop, please see this Knowledge Base article.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
2. To view and change the settings for your Zoom meetings, click Settings in the upper right corner. You will be able to see settings for Audio, Video, General (Application, Content Sharing, and Instant Message), Feedback, Recording, Account Type (Basic, Pro, etc.), and Statistics (Overall, Audio, Video, and Screen Sharing).
- Click Start with video to start a video meeting.
- Click Start without video to start a meeting and share your desktop or application.
- Click Join to join a meeting that has already started or is scheduled to start.
- Click Schedule to set up a future meeting.
