Issues using Employee Payroll Self Service on a Mac or Windows computer

Mac and Windows users who wish to access Employee Payroll Self Service (PeopleSoft).

Scenario/Use case:

User is having issues accessing Employee Payroll Self Service on a Mac or Windows computer.

Instructions:

• Mac and Windows users: If you are having issues viewing your pay advice, you must have popups enabled in your browser for site hcmweb.fnal.gov. This is the easiest way to access your pay advice.
• Alternatively, you can use the terminal server to access your pay advice by following these instructions for Windows and for Mac.
• If you still have trouble logging in, please contact the Service Desk.
