How to check your Zoom Workplace client version

Scenario/Use case:
Check your Zoom Workplace desktop client version. Zoom has rebranded the Zoom client to the Zoom Workplace client. If you haven’t updated your Zoom Workplace client to version 6.1.10 or higher by Friday, September 27, 2024, you will be prompted to do so when you try to start or join a Zoom Workplace meeting. Since this may delay your meeting, we advise you to update your Zoom Workplace client as soon as possible. To check which version of Zoom Workplace you have, see below.
Details:
On Windows computers
- Open your Zoom Workplace client on your computer.
- Sign in to your Zoom Workplace client if you are not already signed in.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right.
- Click Help.
- Click About Zoom.
You must have Zoom Workplace version 6.1.10 or above installed in order to use Zoom Workplace after September 27, 2024. See this KB article on how to upgrade your Zoom Workplace client on Windows.
On Mac computers
- Open the Zoom Workplace client on your computer.
2. In your toolbar, click on zoom.us.
3. Click About Zoom.
