OneDrive: Android - How to install and configure OneDrive


Intended for:

Users who want to install, configure, and access their Fermilab OneDrive.



Scenario/Use case:

This article provides instructions on how to download, install, and configure Fermilab OneDrive.



Instructions:

How to install

  1. Launch the Play Store app and search for OneDrive.
        

  2. Select the app Microsoft OneDrive and tap "Install".
        


How to configure

  1. Open OneDrive and when prompted, enter your email address, including "services" (i.e., [USER]@services.fnal.gov), and tap the arrow.
        

  2. Login with your Services account and password, then tap "Sign On".
        

  3. You will be prompted to provide an RSA passcode as part of the "Two-Factor Authentication" requirement. Enter your passcode and click "Submit". If you are unsure how to generate your passcode, please review "How to use RSA hardware token to generate a passcode" or "How to install and use RSA soft token to generate a passcode".
